Our Story

In January 2023, in a world adapting to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ross Hogan founded Togail na hEireann. From the beginning, the mission was to excel in civil construction and specialise in complex concrete structures, particularly within the road infrastructure and mining sectors.

Beginning with impactful projects in regional Western Australia and the Perth metropolitan area, the company's reputation for precision and reliability quickly grew. Recognising our expanding horizons and commitment to excellence, we transitioned in 2022 to the name TNE Civil.

TNE Civil represents a blend of dedication, expertise, and vision. We're proud to be leaders in creating foundational infrastructures, carrying forward Ross's initial dream with every project we undertake.
